Armor corner profile

Construction

Armor mesh is manufactured and outfitted in accordance with DFBT directives. Armor corner profile is of 88o angle with sharp edges. It can be delivered in any lengths and widths.

Advantage

Armor corner profile is designed for faster workmanship in corner and niche areas. Thanks to its high stability it also protects edges and preset angle allows precise corner building. Because of coarse mesh, it can be used also in mineral systems. Since no additional rails are needed, it is not a foreign object in HP & EEF system.

Workmanship

At corners and in niches reinforcing mortar should be applied and then armor angle should be pushed into the corner. All bonds must overlap. Overlapping mesh, including that one at window frames, has to be precisely cut to plane. Finally, it comes to surface reinforcement.
