Construction
HP& EEF mesh (165g/m2) is connected to perforated aluminium connecting profile and self - adhesive seal tape and with protective strip made of PVC with perforation. There is also adhesive tape at the protective strip, thus covering foil can be subsequently fixed. HP& EEF meshes are manufactured and outfitted in accordance with DFBT directives. Seal tape is resistant to UV radiation and water. Connecting profile for windows can be delivered in various lengths and mesh in various widths.
Advantage
Connecting profile for windows Special is designed for precious connection between plaster and frame of doors or windows. With integrated stripes of mesh, an optimal connection for reinforcing is being created and seal tape prevents fine cracks creation at bonds. Furthermore, protective tape prevents damage or pollution of window or door frames when applying plaster. In addition,covering foil can be fixed without any effort so that doors or windows were completely covered.
Workmanship
Firstly, protective foil at seal tape is removed. Then window connecting profile Special (mesh strip must point the direction to door / window) is pushed vertically to frame. Since aluminium profile has predrilled holes, profile can be also screwed. Now covering foil can be fixed to protective PVC strip after protective foil is removed from adhesive tape. Then seal board is bonded to the outer edge of profile (or groove is cut into seal board). Mesh strips are then fixed to reinforcing material. After finishing facade works, protective PVC strip is detached at the perforation.
