Construction

At its bottom side, HP & EEF mesh (165g/m2) is connected to aluminium or steel profile and the bond is resistant to temperatures up to 160oC. So that the connection between profile and mesh was optimal, T-profile surface was pretreated. T-profile is of 90o angle,drip. HP & EEF mesh is manufactured and outfitted in accordance with DFBT directives.

Advantage

Drip profile is designed for better workmanship in transient areas from facade to horizontal planes,such as window niches, blinds boxes and bounces. Thanks to its high stability it also protects edges and preset angle allows precise corner building. Because of mesh fixing, there is no need to cut it above head and drip allows better draining.

Workmanship

At corners and in niches reinforcing mortar should be applied and then T-profile should be pushed into the reinforcing material. Reinforcing material must be bound up above mesh. At the horizontal side of T-profile, surface reinforcement should be completely covered and at its bottom edge it should be cleanly cut.
