Glass cloth corner profile with steel strip

Construction

HP & EEF mesh (165g/m2) is connected to perforated steel profile and the bond is resistant to temperatures up to 160oC. So that an optimal bond between profile and mesh could be achieved,steel profile was surface pretreated. Steel profile is of 90o angle and HP & EEF mesh is manufactured and outfitted in accordance with DFBT directives. Mesh overlap at the end of mesh angle is 10cm so that bonds could be overlapped. Steel angle is supplied in various lengths and mesh in various widths.

Advantage

Glass cloth angle profile is used for faster workmanship at corners and niches. Thanks to its high stability it also protects edges. Preset angle allows precise corner building.

Workmanship

At corners and in niches reinforcing mortar should be applied and then glass cloth profile with steel strip should be let in the corner. All bonds must overlap. Overlapping mesh, including that one at window frames, has to be precisely cut to plane. Finally, it comes to surface reinforcement.
