When to use triaxial?
- 0° / +45° - to increase longitudinal stiffness and torsional rigidity.
- -45° / 90° / +45° - to increase transverse stiffness and torsional rigidity.
- Long & tubular structures such as wind-turbine blades.
Key Features
- Proportions of 0° (or 90°) to +45° can be altered to suit end use.
- Heavy weight fabrics can cut down amount of layers required.
