When to use triaxial?

  • 0° / +45° - to increase longitudinal stiffness and torsional rigidity.
  • -45° / 90° / +45° - to increase transverse stiffness and torsional rigidity.
  • Long & tubular structures such as wind-turbine blades.

Key Features

  • Proportions of 0° (or 90°) to +45° can be altered to suit end use.
  • Heavy weight fabrics can cut down amount of layers required.
